With 13 yrs of smoking 1 1/2 pks a day I chose to try quitting… again. When the thought of being a non-smoker was excessively overwhelming to consider, I chose to scan and follow this book to the letter. Adhering to the stride by stride instructions, I was a non-smoker with 2 weeks! Unlike so loads of others who’ve stopped smoking, I wasn’t missing with terrible cravings. I didn’t even reflect about it anymore. What a Blessing!
