I can’t believe all of the pills, patches, tricks and money washed-out on quitting smoking. The truth is, you can quit if you WANT to….but here are certainly some “impose a curfew rules” to follow. Rae outlines these in a non-threatening, realistic, and practical road. I was watching Dr. Oz on Oprah weeks before reading Rae’s book, and VOILA! What she in fact experienced and did to successfully stop smoking so loads of years ago (and she was a chain smoker) Dr. Oz also listed as THE ways to stop smoking! Why? Since it’s the truth! This modest book should be a constant companion – in the hip pocket, on the counter of, in the car, and on nightstands of each smoker who wants to NOT be converted into a statistic….and in case you don’t know, smoking kills more people annually than semi a dozen of the other “top killers” combined! My smoking friends and family will be being paid this for Christmas!
