When I was trying to produce up smoking I scan a lot of books. this was lone of them. this was lone of the beter ones. The lone that did it for me though was The Voice of Tobacco. Excellent book, fantastic thought, stopped me and made me laugh as well.

I smoked 2-3 packs a day of menthols and tried the pills and hypnosis but neither worked. Scan this book in less then 2 hours and haven’t smoked since! That was over 7 years now and saved thousands of dollars not to mention smelling like a dirty ashtray. Please try this book before you upset money on useless treatments like I did. Excellent luck!

I used this book years ago to quit smoking (successfully now, for 20+ years). Above and beyond the very excellent advice about how to quit smoking, I especially like the pages in the back where you list your reasons for quitting. You can use this practice for quitting anything, so this book is very handy as a diet book if you want to lose weight. Just protect going back to your list of reasons for losing weight, e.g. health, blood pressure, make into tiny size jeans, etc. , and you will find it simpler to modify your behaviour. The book is tiny enough to carry in your pocket, like a pack of cigs. Protect re-reading leaf 109, and your list of reasons, and it will help you quit any terrible habits you truly want to exchange.

Very handy and well-located modest book full of a lot of USEFUL information. I like how it narrowed not working what kind of smoker I was. That’s vital since the quitting steps differ between the various types. Even if, fantastic… You subdue have to WANT to quit for it to work.
